We are hiring for entry level customer service representatives responsible for delivering excellent member experiences by responding to member inquiries in a courteous, professional, and highly accurate manner. Building member relationships by actively listening and engaging with members to understand needs and provides positive transportation customer service solutions.
This role may be perfect for you if you are passionate about helping people, demonstrating exceptional interpersonal skills through patience and empathy.
REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
- Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
- Comfortable using computers, Microsoft Office- Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Team, and Outlook
- Experience working with customer service support.
3 SHIFTS AVAILABLE
We are hiring for 3 shifts:
- 4AM - 1PM
- 12PM - 7PM
- 4PM - 12AM
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
Position requires on call phone reception 1 weekend per month. Remote.
